Responsibilities and Achievements

Hold direct accountability for sales, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, human resources, finance/accounting, engineering, cheap handbagsinformation systems, and customer service. (New plant setup, site selection and reservation application, preparing documents and application files, signing land-use agreements with Administrative Committee, obtaining Land Certificate, negotiating with Banks for favorable loan terms).- Sales and Profit improvement: Through various sales initiatives(current market expansion and penetration, new business development), efficiency improving and cost control endeavors, achieved growth rates of 41% (both domestic and export) per year and a handsome profit despite continuously rising raw material costs(8% rise per year).- Productivity: Implemented company-wise efficiency processes and practices that accommodated a 14% increase in output. Boosted customer satisfaction level by improving order-handling procedures and order-fill rate to 100% and reducing response time to 24 hours, with 8% reduction in inventory.- Financial management: Reduced tax rate by 9% through the approval of Advanced Technology Enterprise. Improved cash flow by the establishment of A/R Committee and strict control of A/R, bringing A/R days from 123 to 84, meanwhile boosting A/P Days from 46 to 71.- Cost controls: Captured significant savings through process improvements (SOP) and cost controls which totals a savings of US$100K+.- Business startup: Established operational procedure and financial agreements with Shinagawa Australia for a US$300K toll making project with remarkable contribution to AMT’s long term growth in Australian and Southeast Asian markets. Another $1 mm project with Ukraine was finalized. - Team Building: Re-organized sales team by building regional sales offices and placing in right regional managers. Optimized distribution networks by building two warehouses in Dongguan/Changzhou.
